Add Dorinda to ChatGPT once as a custom MCP connector, authorize with your Dorinda account, then just ask in natural language. ChatGPT reads your record and grounds every answer in it — and stages anything it would send for your approval.

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector (you may need to turn on developer mode / custom connectors first). Name it Dorinda and paste the connector URL above (https://api.dorinda.ai/mcp). Custom connectors are available on the ChatGPT plans that support them; ChatGPT adds Dorinda as a set of tools it can call.
https://api.dorinda.ai/mcpChatGPT opens a secure window to link your Dorinda account. Sign in and approve the consent — access is least-privilege and revocable anytime in Dorinda’s Settings → Integrations.
That’s it. Ask ChatGPT to catch you up, track and follow up on what you own, or draft a reply — Dorinda remembers across chats and enforces your approval rules. To make it automatic every chat, create a ChatGPT Project (or a custom GPT) named “Dorinda” and turn the connector on for it.
You have 3 open loops. The roof quote from Alvarez Roofing is overdue— you've been waiting 6 days. Want me to nudge them? I've drafted a follow-up for you to approve.
Say these to ChatGPT once Dorinda is connected. It reads first, grounds its answer in your record, and never claims to be Dorinda — it just uses it.
Works the same in Claude — paste the same connector URL, authorize, and ask. See Using Dorinda with Claude. The screens just look like the app you’re in.
Create your account, connect ChatGPT, and start closing loops. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
